Hello,

I just had to tell you about a delicious soup I made yesterday. I used chicken, Imagine chicken broth, garlic, and whatever veggies I had in my refrig.......which included onions, celery, carrots, parsnips, rutabaga, turnips, cabbage, and kale. Seasoned it with marjoram, thyme, basil, a little S and P. Was feeling creative, so threw in a little apple cider, white wine, and fresh lemon juice. It is SOOOO good! Scott loves it! I don't think I had ever made a soup without tomatoes (I'm still not sure if I can tolerate them), potatoes, or legumes, so I was surprised at how tasty it was.

Please help.
