Izaslo je iz stampe DVD izdanje "Sta se kuva u Beogradu".Producentska kuca Vertical media iz Beograda zavirila je kamerom u 33 restorana i snimila nacin pripreme oko 65 jela.Pored kulinarskog uzitka,na DVD se mogu videti i enterijeri restorana kao i vecernja desavanja.Pored ovoga,na sajtu www.diasporagroup.org se mogu videti jednocasovne emisije snimane u pomenutim restoranima pod nazivom "Upakovana nostalgija".Odgledao sam sva 3 DVD-ja (tradicionalna,internacionalna kuhinja i mediteranski&riblji specijaliteti ),i probao vecinu jela koje sam video na diskovima.Prste da polizes!!!

Posto sam zapostavio ovu temu,pocecu malo da pricam o beogradskim restoranima.Najpre tekst i slike koje smo poslali nekolicini stranih turoperatera .Ovo je restoran "POLET"

“Polet”

From over a hundred fish restaurants in Belgrade “Polet” holds a place of high respect. It is situated in the centre of the city. Unlike other similar restaurants in the area with their top prices, favoring “so called” higher class clients, “Polet” does not use this method. On the contrary, prices in this restaurant are very appropriate and probably favorable to similar restaurants of this type and rank. The range of guests would surprise only the uninformed, from diplomats, sportsmen and women to young people and students who can not resist whitebait, tuna sandwiches, sea and freshwater fish, shellfish or crab. But what “Polet” is best known for is first class squid.
The quality of the food and service besides gracious praise from our guests, is confirmed by many certified awards. The management of the restaurant is particularly proud of the winning diploma and the title of champion in preparing thick fish soup.
Welcome to “Polet” restaurant. Today for you, we are going to prepare squid in fisherman’s style. First we remove the head. Then we extract the intestines. It is most important to remove the plastic bone and then we clean the squid membrane for better appearance. These are “patagonika c4” type squid, known for their top quality and we only use this type in our restaurant. In this restaurant a portion is 300 (three hundred) grams and we believe that is one of the reasons we have so many guests.
Now we will fry them. We put them on a very hot griddle… and the squid is done. Accompaniments are chard, boiled potatoes and rice…Pour over garlic and olive oil dressing.
The hall with about 200 (two hundred) places is ideal for organizing private or business events, celebrations, weddings. Whether you’re in the coffee bar, restaurant or beautiful garden, the feeling is unique. So, dear guests, if you really want to enjoy food and drink, feel like you are at home, do not miss out “Polet” restaurant.

This is a restaurant with excellent sea specialties and food, and a very pleasant staff. I consider the atmosphere in the restaurant is outstanding. I wish to thank the boss (chef), manager Kovacevic and all the friends who made it possible to reach and maintain the level of long and positive tradition it know has. Thank you.
