Top overall draft pick Myles Garrett is inactive again for the Cleveland Browns White Rodney Anderson Jersey , further delaying his NFL debut. Garrett missed his fourth straight game Sunday with a sprained right ankle. The heralded rookie defensive end returned to practice on Thursday for the first time since Sept. 6, and there had been hope he might be able to play against the Bengals.
