He did make a few visits to Green Bay in recent years, most recently in 2017.Starr’s family released a heartfelt statement through the Packers. Here is an excerpt from that statement:Starr was of course the quarterback on the Packers’ teams of the 1960s, helping the team win five NFL championships and Super Bowls I and II. Starr earned MVP honors in both of the first two Super Bowls, Throwing for 452 yards, three touchdowns and one interception in the two games. Starr also won the NFL MVP award for the 1966 season
