Mac and Linux gamers who’ve lately made in-sport purchases in Rocket League may now have even

One Reddit person published a screenshot of a verbal exchange with a Psyonix support worker who says, “the refund is for the base game best.” While Psyonix hasn’t made a public assertion approximately no longer refunding microtransactions, Steam doesn’t provide a manner to get refunds for them, so the developer might need to make one of these system available on its give up for it to take place.
Psyonix stated that Mac and Linux players have been being cut off in part because Rocket League is moving away from DirectX9, and adding in guide for alternative rendering options on those structures would be too time-consuming. According to
LOLGA Psyonix, Mac and Linux players make up much less than 0.3 percentage of Rocket League players. The developer advised that they use workarounds like Bootcamp on Mac or Wine on Linux to continue playing the Windows model of the game.
